Kō Kapa Earrings - Loops
Kō is Sugarcane in Hawaiian language. This print represents the stalks and blades of the tall sugarcane grass, moving and rustling in the wind. It also represents so many hawaiian families that have history working on the many Sugarcane Plantations, including my own grandmother and all of her cousins in Kahuku.
Dominant Dye: Fresh ‘Olena or Tumeric
